Core300 Tamworth – Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Agreement
By joining Core300 Tamworth (“the Gym”), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
2. Membership Options
Core300 offers a range of flexible membership packages, including:

Unlimited Membership

Limited Class Passes (e.g. 3 or 5 sessions per week)

Pay-as-you-go options

Challenge or seasonal programs (e.g. 6-week transformation)
All memberships are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise specified.
3. 30-Day Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their membership by providing a minimum of 30 days’ written notice via email or through the Core300 app. Your final payment will be taken during this 30-day notice period, after which access will be terminated. No refunds will be issued for unused time.
Challenge-based programs (e.g. 6-week transformation) are not eligible for partial refunds once started.
4. Freezes & Holds
You may freeze your membership due to medical reasons, travel, or personal circumstances. A minimum notice of 7 days is required, and holds must be for a minimum of 2 weeks. Documentation may be requested. Memberships can be frozen for up to 2 months per year.
5. Payments & Fees
All payments are taken via the Core300 app or our approved billing provider. Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of access until your account is brought up to date. A late fee may be applied in some cases.
6. Health & Safety
Members confirm they are physically capable of participating in exercise and take part at their own risk. Any injuries or medical conditions should be disclosed to staff before participating in classes. Core300 is not liable for injuries sustained due to misuse of equipment or disregard of instruction.
7. Class Bookings & Cancellations
All classes must be booked in advance via the Core300 app. If you can no longer attend a booked session, please cancel at least 2 hours prior to allow other members to join. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
8. Facilities & Conduct
Members are expected to treat the facility, staff, and other members with respect. Anti-social behaviour, aggressive conduct, or misuse of equipment will result in a warning or immediate termination of membership.
9. Age Restrictions
You must be 16 or over to participate in adult group classes unless otherwise stated (e.g. youth sessions). All under-18 members must have parent or guardian consent.
10. Changes to Terms
Core300 Tamworth reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
